Original Buffalo Wings

Hot Sauce!

 

 

 

6  Tablespoons (3oz) of Franks Louisiana Hot sauce

½  stick of margarine (not butter)

1  Tablespoon of white vinegar

1/8 teaspoon of celery seed

1/8 to ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1/8 teaspoon of garlic salt

¼ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

Dash black pepper

 

 

 

 

 

Mix all the ingredients in a small sauce pan ,over low heat until the margarine is completely melted. Stir occasionally.

 

Deep fry wings in peanut oil ,at 375 degrees F. About (12 to 15 min.)

Toss wings with sauce. Let it marinate in the sauce for about 10 min. Toss occasionally.
