1) Combine 3 cups flour, 1
teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a food
processor.
2) add 1 envelope of
proofed
rapid rise yeast,

3) Add yeast to processor while mixing
4) Then ad 1 cup of cold water gradually until it pulls away
from the sides then stop and pulse another 5 times
5) Turn
dough out on a counter top or cutting bored with flower
form to a ball, mix only to right consistency
6) Put doe ball into a bowl with olive oil in it, cover with a
dish towel the put into a slightly warm oven for an hour
7) dough
should have nearly doubled in size.
.Let rest for one hour
8) Put that loaf in the oven at
400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for thirty minutes.
When it’s done, pull it out and immediately remove it from the
pan to cool. It’ll look something like this, hopefully.
* If you are not going to be using a
food processor mix all the ingredients in a large bowl as described above and
make sure to knead the
dough before placing into a bread pan.
